High Power Mobile High Voltage Test Systems HVTS-HP Series

High-voltage testing equipment HVTS-HP series allows to carry out high-voltage tests for electric strength of various objects at high levels of AC or DC voltage (DC ≤ 140 kV; AC ≤ 100 kV, f = 50 Hz). The devices are designed for testing in the field, but they can be used permanently. VERSATILITY The system provides rectified (DC) and alternating (AC) output voltage modes, which makes it possible to dispense with one HVTS-HP unit for all types of regulated tests of electrical equipment such as cables, current transformers, switchgear, insulating couplings, etc. HIGH POWER The power of the HVTS-HP series (HP - English High Power) is several times higher than that of similar devices. The output current and voltage at the test object can reach 175 mA / 100 kV and 80 mA / 140 kV when operating in AC and DC modes, respectively. DIGITAL CONTROL HVTS-HP systems have a digital graphic display showing all test settings and operating parameters. This installation provides several languages of the user interface, and the system menu allows you to view the test reports, save the preset parameters for later use, etc. MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC MODES The system allows testing in both fully automatic and manual modes. In manual mode, the voltage value and the rate of its rise are controlled by the operator. In automatic mode, the test voltage increases uniformly at a given rate, stabilizes at the required level, and smoothly decreases to zero at the end of the cycle. Switching between modes is done by simply pressing a button. MOBILITY Low weight, compact size and design of both modules in the form of trolleys allow for quick deployment and reconnection of the system in the field, and also facilitate the operator's work. SAFETY The system is designed as two separate modules: control and high voltage modules. The control of the test process is carried out from the control unit, and the object is connected to the high-voltage unit. The two-module solution allows the operator to be at a safe distance from the high-voltage circuit of the system and the test object.
